We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Field Technician to join our team in Sonoma County. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction trades, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and project managers. This role requires proficiency in using work-related apps for job notes and photos, as well as clocking in and out. The Construction Field Technician should be eager to learn, participate in company activities, and be willing to expand their skill set.

$28 - $32 hourly

• Install insulation and hang drywall.
• Tape joints, texture full walls or match existing textures, and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Perform painting tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Communicate effectively with clients on-site and with project managers/coordinators.
• Use job-related apps to document job notes, take photos, and clock in/out.
• Willingness to learn and perform additional tasks such as installing baseboards, flooring, and other remodeling items as needed.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Proficient in using mobile apps for documentation and time tracking.
• Experience in installing insulation, hanging drywall, taping joints, texturing, and painting.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional tasks.
• Engaged and active participation in company activities and training sessions.
