DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
Supervise the 24-hour operations staff that provides hands-on services to clients such as teaching ADLs, serving food, and monitoring client dorms.
Attend all clinical and management team meetings. Organize and inventory all supplies required for the day to day functioning of the program.
Ensure compliance with regulators requirements. Facilitate groups. Ensure all documentation and reports and completed according to policy.
Provide emergency first aid / CPR assistance when needed. Related duties as assigned.
HOURS :
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Sunday-Thursday 11 : 00a - 7 : 30p
QUALIFICATIONS :
Three years of social service experience including some management and supervisory responsibilities. Experience with homeless population and residential programs a plus.
BA and bilingual preferred. FSD Preferred. Must be computer literate and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.
Vaccination preferred but not required.
