Duration: 8 weeks 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Land Operations Intern to join our team. The Land Operations Intern will work closely with our Independent Development Consultants and Leadership Team to assist with data entry, learn & utilize our companywide platforms, and analyze potential land acquisition opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in real estate acquisition and land analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in conducting research and analysis on potential land acquisition opportunities

- Assist in maintaining and updating land databases and tracking systems

- Analyze reports summarizing findings

- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate land acquisition and development processes

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in an educational program with a degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, or related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge or interest in land acquisition & development processes
