**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant's front of house. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and ensuring exceptional customer service. If you have experience in foh management, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of the front of house operations including customer service, staff supervision, and inventory control.
- Ensure high standards of service are maintained at all times.
- Oversee the dining area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Train and supervise front of house staff on service standards and procedures.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house operations.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet customer expectations.
- Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems.
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
