About the Role

As an HR Generalist, you’ll handle everything from payroll and recruiting to employee engagement and company events. You’ll be the go-to person for all HR-related matters, ensuring our employees have the best experience from the moment they apply to when they settle in.

What You’ll Do

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Craft job descriptions, source top talent, conduct interviews, and make offers.
• Onboarding: Manage pre-boarding tasks, background checks, and orientation for new hires.
• Benefits Administration: Handle Open Enrollment, new hire enrollment, Qualifying Life Events, COBRA, and FMLA.
• Payroll Processing: Oversee weekly and biweekly payroll, including commissions and bonuses.
• Employee Engagement: Organize company events, conduct surveys, and monitor morale and culture.
• Record Keeping: Maintain employee files, records, and information.
• Employee Support: Be the primary contact for employee questions and relations issues.
• Strategic Initiatives: Assist the HR Director with strategic HR projects.
• And More: Take on various tasks to support our HR department and company goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Motivation: Highly self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for building financial models and executive presentations.
