Overview:
We are seeking friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team as Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and manage the seating chart
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist in maintaining proper hygiene and safety standards

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor
- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
- Phone etiquette skills for taking reservations and handling inquiries

Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
