As a Full-time Project Architect / Jr. Project Architect, you’ll be empowered to work on a variety of projects, with a direct hand in the success of our business. Everyone on our team plays an integral role here, and hard work is recognized and rewarded. Our well-respected firm is fast-paced, and we value employees who have a sense of initiative and ambition, who work well independently as well as part of a team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Looking for candidates with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Prioritizing applicants who are looking to grow with our company.
  • Applicants must reside in the state of Georgia and be willing to work full-time in office.
  • Candidates must be able to meet in person to interview.
  • Competency in computer aided design software.
  • Working knowledge of current construction materials and methods.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, engineers, and clients.
  • Proficient with basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Sound time management, organization, and basic interpersonal skills.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Are proficient in Revit.
  • Have experience in graphic design and illustration.

Responsibilities To Include:

  • Planning, designing, and managing new construction, renovation and improvement projects.
  • Preparation of Revit design/construction documents and layouts.
  • Reviewing completed drawings for technical adequacy and completeness.
  • Collaboration with project team members, integrating elements with architecture and other engineering systems to meet design schedules.
  • Completing projects within budget, while meeting client expectations.
  • Ensuring deliverables meet set milestones and quality standards.
  • Remaining up to date on practices, technologies, products, events, and trends, as well as regulatory issues that may have an impact on educational facilities.
  • Representing company in client-facing situations.
