Breaux Petroleum Products is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative - Lake Charles

Job Summary

Our company is looking for an ambitious sales professional to join our team as an inside sales representative. We’re looking for someone who is goal-oriented, competitive, has a strong desire to learn, and works well in a team environment. 

The core responsibilities and duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients utilizing online research tools, cold calls, and cold emails to schedule meetings and develop new opportunities.
  • Maintain existing customers as assigned.
  • Follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
  • Monitor business activity and pipeline information within a CRM or other system. Including running reports and monitoring project status.
  • Obtain the proper knowledge of the company products through certifications and/or available training offered by the company.
  • Full understanding of our company products and services to offer to clients to meet all their processes needs.
  • Ability to attend to clients' calls and emails communicating with them promptly.
  • Work closely with upper management to prepare proposals for customers to meet their needs in a profitable manner.
  • Participate in the Outside Sales Team weekly meetings to determine, follow up, and track goals.
  • Learn, understand, and advise solutions for your customer’s business issues.
  • Maintain relationships with the Outside Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Customer focused.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Cold calling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Teams, Excel, and Microsoft Word
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously.
  • Extremely self-motivated when managing communication channels.
  • Process-focused, proactively seeks out new methods and improvements.
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Self-Starter

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a sales-related role.
