Job Duties and Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the organization.Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for value-added services and solutions.Act as a liaison between key clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring timely resolution of client inquiries and concerns.Revenue Growth:Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating contracts, and securing renewals.Analyze client data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization, providing strategic recommendations to enhance client success and drive revenue growth.Communication and Collaboration:Foster effective communication and collaboration within the sales team and cross-functionally, enhancing teamwork and synergy to achieve common goals.Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment of strategies and delivery of exceptional service to key clients.Account Management and Engagement:Conduct regular visits to dispensaries within the assigned area, offering support and nurturing relationships with store staff and owners.Partner with the account management team to devise and implement growth strategies, ensuring alignment with Breeze Canna’s broader market objectives.Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences, delivering customized product recommendations to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty to Breeze Canna.Brand and Market Development:Brand Advocacy: Represent Breeze Canna at industry events and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and foster positive perceptions.Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions.Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders to advocate for Breeze Canna's products and initiatives within the community.Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with partners and influencers to extend the brand's reach and drive growth.Expansion Initiatives: Contribute to market expansion and product launch strategies based on client interactions and market insightsSkills and Requirements:Age and Compliance: Must be at least 21 years of age and comply with all state and local cannabis regulations.Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Experience as a sales representative or account manager is highly valued.Independence: Ability to work independently and remotely, with the readiness to travel within the assigned territory.
