Better Speech, a leading telehealth Speech Therapy Company, seeks a dynamic and strategic-minded Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the clinic's operational aspects, project management, and collaboration with recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing speech therapy services, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing patient outcomes, and contributing to the growth of our organization. Please note that the Clinic Operations Manager position at Better Speech is offered as a 1099 contracting opportunity. As a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for your taxes, insurance, and benefits. This arrangement allows for a flexible working relationship, providing you with the autonomy to manage your schedule and work remotely while contributing to the growth and success of Better Speech. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management (10 hours per week)

• Oversee and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to speech-languagepathologist (SLP) satisfaction and client retention rates to evaluate and enhance operationalefficiency, identifying strategies to minimize turnover and improve overall service delivery.
• Lead and manage projects focused on expanding telehealth speech therapy services andimproving existing workflows.
• Create project timelines, allocate resources, and provide regular status updates tostakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and the CEO, to ensuresuccessful project execution.
• Proactively anticipate potential challenges and develop solutions to maintain projectalignment and momentum.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders, Healthcare Administration,Business Management, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinic operations management, project management, orrelated roles within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of speech therapy services, regulations, and best practices.
• Proven track record in project management, with a demonstrated ability to lead
  cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
