We are hiring for our client - Lester Dental.As a Medical Receptionist, you play a crucial role in the smooth operation of a medical facility. You are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients while efficiently managing administrative tasks. Your role involves being the first point of contact for patients, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and ensuring the reception area runs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Register new patients and update existing patient information
  • Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
  • Verify insurance information and process insurance claims
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Handle patient payments and billing inquiries
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Manage electronic health records and other administrative tasks
  • Adhere to patient confidentiality and privacy regulations
Required Qualifications
