Bremer Bank is searching for an Ag Banking Manager Sr. Vice President to lead an Ag team located throughout North Dakota and northwest Minnesota. In the role, you will manage 8-10 Ag Bankers and Market Leaders focused on partnering and growing with farm and agribusiness customers and prospects. Responsibilities include sales coaching, performance management, collaborating with peer managers and business line leaders, maintaining positive employee engagement, providing guidance on financial solution design, partnering with credit team on ensuring adequate credit risk management, and community involvement. Key objectives including deposit and loan growth, fee income generation, partnering on referral revenue opportunities, and new household growth. Typically, you will have oversight of deposit and loan portfolios totaling $300MM to $750MM. You may also manage your own portfolio of key customers and new relationships.
