Pro Mach’s Brenton division is seeking a talented Materials Specialist to contribute to the success of the company by ensuring the shipping and receiving of inventory along with the documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner. The position reports to the Materials Manager and is located in our Alexandria, MN facility.
Are you motivated about this work?
- Receipt and distribution of all fabricated components to production floor or job cart
- Receipt and distribution of all purchased components to production floor or job cart, assuring conformance to purchase orders
- Issue purchased and fabricated components to machines on floor as requested by assembly personnel
- Knowledge of SyteLine System
- Receipt, storage, and identification of customer product and corrugated
- Loading and unloading of trucks following forklift safety guidelines
- Process job returns
- Shipments of parts
- Internal customer service supporting all departments
- Loading and shipping of machines

- High School Diploma plus licensed forklift driver
- One year experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very organized and detail oriented
- Team player
- CDL is preferred but not required
