We offer base pay of $15/hour plus commission and tips . Combined, our top sales associates average $34/hour .

We are hiring for full and part time positions . We offer flexible scheduling and try to accommodate student schedules!

Responsibilities

• You are the first person our customer meets and we need you to set the stage for the ultimate customer experience with a friendly, welcoming and professional demeanor
• Sell memberships and educate customers of the perks of joining "The Club"
• Understand our POS system and be able to troubleshoot any issues with the help of tech support
• Assist the customers with the kiosk
• Occasionally perform various tasks answering the phone, setting up detail appointments, etc.

• Must have a competitive and confident attitude to achieve sales goals
• Possess a natural sense of urgency while maintaining friendly and courteous attitude
• Be willing to learn and adapt to what has been effective
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working outside in varying weather conditions and on weekends
