Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. is Hiring a Desktop Support Specialist Near Florham Park, NJ
Bressler, Amery & Ross is a mid-sized law firm with over 100 lawyers, offers a broad range of legal services. Based at the firm’s Florham Park office, the Desktop Support Specialist will support the Firm's IT department.
Work hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Some overtime is required when business needs arise.
Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring new software and hardware
- Maintaining software licenses
- Monitoring system performance and making recommendations for improvements
- Responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues
- Collaborating/mentoring with other members of the IT team to develop and implement new technologies
- Citrix maintenance and upgrades
- Patch management
- SCCM / InTune development and maintenance
Qualifications
- A minimum of four years of desktop support t experience
- Candidate must be client-focused, comfortable interfacing with executive clients and able to maintain a high level of service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Proven ability to operate MS 365, Exchange, Azure AD, SharePoint
- Working knowledge of desktop imaging and deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, InTune)
