A highly reputable non-profit organization dedicated to providing superior healthcare to seniors is searching for an Assistant Director of Nursing for its Berlin, NH location. This beautiful 74-bed skilled nursing facility offers short- and long-term care in a warm and supportive environment. In this role, you will assist the DON with planning, implementing, evaluating, and directing the daily functions of the Nursing Services Department. Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the Director of Nursing Services with daily functions.
- Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct the Infection Control Program.
- Evaluate the quality of resident care and resident outcomes related to healthcare-associated infections.
- Monitor employee compliance in the use of barriers and infection prevention measures.
- Provide staffing coverage as needed to maintain appropriate staff ratios.
Qualifications:
- An ADN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
- Active RN license.
- 2 years of experience as a supervisor in LTC.
Additional info:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday-Friday, days
- $75,000-$90,000 , depending on experience.
