A renowned hospital in Western New Hampshire is searching for Registered Nurses for its Intensive Care Unit. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients within the department. You will engage in caring relationships with patients and families, work collaboratively with other healthcare staff, and use sound judgment while performing nursing and medical interventions. This is an exciting opportunity for a new or experienced nurse to join a growing, compassionate team that promotes an inclusive work culture. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care.
  • Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients’ needs.
  • Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
  • Administer medications to patients as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Current NH RN License.

  • Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities
