A prestigious healthcare system in California is searching for an Emergency Department Nurse Manager for one of its hospitals in Clovis. In this role, you will be responsible for a mixture of administrative and clinical functions, including supervising staff, scheduling, and quality patient care. Responsibilities:

• Oversee a dynamic team that serves over 300 patients per day.
• Direct, supervise, and evaluate patient care performed by nursing personnel.
• Ensure the proper scheduling and coverage within the units.
• Coordinate the quality improvement process.
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to streamline patient flow and improve the overall patient experience and staff satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• A BSN is preferred.
• Active RN License.
• 3 years of leadership experience in the ED.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday-Friday, days
• Pay: $145,000-$212,000, depending on experience.
