A renowned hospital in Southern New Hampshire is searching for Registered Nurses for its Emergency Department. In this role, you will triage patients, assess symptoms, plan interventions, implement treatment plans, evaluate patients’ responses to interventions, and revise care plans based on overall effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver care to high acuity patients, many cardiac cases.
• Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients’ needs.
• Document care provided and the patient’s progress toward desired outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge.
• Administer medications to patients as directed.

Qualifications:

• An ADN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
• Active RN license.
• BLS Certification.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule; 3x12, nights
• Pay; $35-53/hr., depending on experience differentials.
