Cooks

We are looking for good people to help operate our new scratch kitchen. We are still in the development stage and have a small, but solid menu that will continue to grow. Beer is our passion and we try to use it in our recipes as much as possible. Please read description below and apply if it sounds like we would be a good fit.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all ingredients are properly measured and prepared
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with catering events as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
