Our client, a Boutique Wealth Management firm is actively looking for an Operations Analyst to assist their growing team! This team is close-knit, takes vacations away together once a year to tropical locations, and pays 100% of employee healthcare!
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of financial operations in a professional financial services or wealth management environment
- Strong software skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Fidelity system, eMoney, Morningstar
- Organization skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Must be enthusiastic and positive team player who is willing to help out and works well with colleagues
- Excellent communication, writing, judgement and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills
- Knowledge of wealth management
- Interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients
- An aptitude to assess client needs and identify opportunities
- Being coachable and collaborative
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and speak with clients on daily basis
- Utilize planning tools and capabilities to uncover opportunities and assist advisors in creating comprehensive financial plans and portfolios
- Oversee the proposal desk workflow
- Administrative duties – money movements, paperwork
- Help to execute trade requests
- Assist in compliance requirements and reporting
- Work with spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software to support advisors and clients by crafting quality reports, data, and information
