- Carry out detailed inspections for termites.
- Recommend and provide effective termite solutions.
- Educate clients on preventive measures to reduce future termite problems.
- Document and report on service activities, maintaining high standards of record-keeping.
- Manage and maintain service vehicles and equipment in line with company and regulatory standards.
- At least 2 years of work experience in any field; pest control industry experience is a bonus, but not necessary.
- Have or obtain the California Field Rep Termite License.
- Carpentry knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- A valid driver's license that meets our insurance company's requirements.
