ROLE DESCRIPTION: Brian Harris Insurance and Financial Services is seeking a qualified and empathetic professional for the role of Life/Health Insurance Planner. As a customer-oriented expert, you will market the best Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit clients and their families. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Work with the agent to establish and meet coverage review appointment goals.
Follow up on sales appointments and insurance applications submitted for policyholders.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess excellent communication skills.
Display good analytical skills.
Provide excellent customer service.
Life/Health Insurance License
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

The job will be primarily speaking with policyholders within the existing book of business. You will be handling appointments to review coverage and offer products and services that fill gaps within their current insurance coverage. Base pay is between $48,000 and $64,000 a year. First year employee commission/bonus average for this position is between $12,000 to $48,000 throughout the year.
