The Customer Service Manager position has two main roles: 1) work to resolve customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and find appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction; and 2) identify and close multi-line sales opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Dedicated to customer service
Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
Excellent communication skills and coordinate with other agency team members
Proactive in problem-solving
REQUIREMENTS:
Property/Casualty License
Life/Health License
State Farm Experience
Successful track record of meeting sales goals

Job Type : Full-time Compensation with commission : $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Weekly day range : Monday to Friday Work setting : Office, In-Person, Atlanta, GA 30329. Must be able to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work. State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products, including:
