The Customer Service Manager position has two main roles: 1) work to resolve customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and find appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction; and 2) identify and close multi-line sales opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication skills and coordinate with other agency team members
• Proactive in problem-solving

REQUIREMENTS:

• Property/Casualty License
• Life/Health License
• State Farm Experience
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals

Compensation with commission : $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Weekly day range : Monday to Friday
Work setting : Office, In-Person, Atlanta, GA 30329. Must be able to reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work.
