Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and possess strong communication skills to assist customers with their service needs.

Duties:
- Communicate with customers to determine their automotive service requirements
- Prepare accurate service estimates and quotes
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on service status
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the service process

Skills:
- Proficiency in automotive maintenance, service, repair, tire services, suspension, alignment, air brake systems, transmission services, oil changes, and general mechanic knowledge
- Experience in dealership or auto service management is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and technicians
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
