The Briarcliffe Campus is located in Johnston, RI and includes a skilled nursing home, two memory care assisted living residences, and our newest addition - the Preserve.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, kind, and self- motivated candidate to join assisted living community as an Assisted Living Concierge. If you are looking for a rewarding career and are an empathetic, and friendly individual, then this is the job for you! As the Concierge, you will serve as primary contact for residents, family members and guests calling and visiting the community; promptly and courtesy responding and directing all inquiries to the proper team member; provide administrative support to other team members as directed for tasks related to daily operations.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in related field (management, social work, business, health care administration, etc.)

· Minimum of 1 year experience working in assisted living community or similar environment.

· Ability to manage a diverse workload.

· Ability to manage multi-line phone system.

· Proficient use of MS office Suite.

· Proven ability to multi-task.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must be in possession of, or have the ability to obtain, a valid state driver’s license.
