We're looking for an experienced and diligent maintenance technician to join our team. The right candidate should have a genuine interest in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. They should also have a great sense of organization and willingness to take pride in the work they do. Our Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing regular daily maintenance checks on the building's infrastructure, ensuring that all repairs are completed in a timely manner, and working closely with management to identify opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Perform basic repairs and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Complete unit make readies based on their needed availability.
• Manage time between and prioritize daily goals.
• Follow all safety protocols when performing maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate maintenance and repair issues to supervisors.
• Communicate with other maintenance personnel.
• Rotating On-Call schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
