Join our team as a Treatment Coordinator in a dynamic Dental Boutique enviroment. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to coordinate and manage patients in treatment and ensure a seamless experience for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize dental software systems such as open dental to manage patient records and treatment plans.
- Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service at the front desk.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Manage medical records and documentation accurately and confidentially.
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the medical office.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental boutique.
- Proficiency in utilizing dental or medical office systems such as open dental
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Knowledge of medical scheduling practices and front desk operations is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
