Handle client concerns, calls, answer questions, handle problems regarding client accounts. Verify all information regarding the documentation of the account. Monitor schedule of receipt and delivery of securities and money transfer requests in client accounts. Track operational problems/inquiry. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and with policies and procedures. Complete sales order tickets and submit completed tickets. Inform clients of market fluctuation and confirm purchase of securities. Series 7 would be nice but not required
