The ideal candidate will possess construction law experience on both transactional matters and litigation matters, including experience with the procurement of Ohio public design and construction contracts and the negotiation of contracts for various types of construction projects. Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments. Office location may be flexible.
