Job Title: Senior Scrum Master and Agile Coach
Job Type: Contract
Job Duration: 6 months with likelihood of extension for an additional 12 months
Job Location: Atlanta, GA
Workplace Type: on-site Monday thru Thursday, optional WFH on Friday
Workplace Schedule: 40 hours per week; 8:30am to 5:30pm or similar
Target Salary: $70 to $80/hour W2
Seeking a Scrum Master and Agile Coach with over 7 years' experience in successfully implementing agile techniques and practices in different work cultures and environments and managing agile development team. This role will lead the delivery of software implementation.
Responsibilities

• Act as servant Leader for the team
• Implement Best Practices and process
• Keep all Parties on Track and Informed
• Host Daily Stand-up Meetings and other scrum ceremonies
• Assist the Product Manager with the Product Backlog preparation and prioritization based on estimates, dependencies, and criticality
• Remove roadblocks and impediments
• Introduce Agile Engineering Practices to team, guides and coaches' team on the agile practices
• Draft governing policies to aid agile-based practices
• Determine the tools, reports, and correct metrics to ensure a standard measurement
• Facilitate and enable smooth change in ways of working
• Implement systems thinking to uncover problems
• Build agile maturity and self-organizing teams
• Interacting with stakeholders for generating business value
• Consult appropriate team members on technical requirements and follow through to resolution
• Ensure that Technology and other related standards are adhered to
• Provide status updates and necessary information to support decision making
• Any other responsibilities required in role

Required Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science or related subject
• Minimum 5 - 8 years' experience/application of Scrum principles in related industry
• End to end knowledge of software development and implementation
• Sound knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience of managing changes in Production environment
• Leading and managing cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of IT tools and techniques
• Scrum Master and SAFe certification
