Job description
- Full Cycle Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable process
- Complete billing with project management group
- Analyze and manage process for WIP and close process
- Perform margin analysis on projects for improved cost management and increased profits
- Create and analyze financial reports
- Create and issue timely financial statements
- Payroll auditing and final process
- Prepare annual budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Cash flow management and forecasting
- Bank reconciliation
- Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and customers when necessary
- Credit Applications
- Manage HR & Employee Onboarding
- Ad hoc reporting as required
- Oversight and compliance with debt covenants
- Responsible for Internal Insurance Requirements, Audits, COI Requests
- Other general office responsibilities
- Viewpoint Spectrum Software experience highly preferred
- Must have WIP and job cost experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Experience in creating detailed financial forecasts & budgets (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects
