Make an impact

• The Associate, lease up Property Operations will work closely with the team to ensure operational setup of new development properties is appropriately managed and onsite teams have the assistance and support needed to bring these newly developed properties online.
• Assist with set up and implementation of the multifamily Yardi system and rent specials in RentCafe
• Assist with facilitation of onsite employee training programs
• Create and inspect files and as needed,walk units to ensure site is compliant with company policies
• Ensure timely and accurate creation of property bank accounts and gather the required documentation for bank account setup
• Set upcredit reporting agencies, utilities, and other important items fornew sites
• Configure and share the unit matrix and site mapsfor new sites
• Manage the below market rent process for identified below market units
• Organize new development site launch calls
• Set up vendor accounts that are associatedwith ongoing property maintenace.

What you should bring

• Experience with Yardi Software
• Experience with the multifamily industry
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
• Experience with Microsoft Publisher, RentCafe and Wordpress (recommended but not necessary)
