Call Center Supervisor

This employer has been voted the best place to work for 3 consecutive years. As a Call Center Supervisor, you will be managing a call center department’s staff and handling any escalated issues through customer service.

You will deliver quarterly reviews, assist and coordinate training programs, perform audit reviews, and serve as a mentor to your colleagues.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage an assigned workload while still providing technical support to the department
  • Direct management of call center department staff
  • Create, review, and manage daily work schedules
  • Handles escalated issues to ensure high-quality customer service results
  • Perform manual check payment requests
  • Perform examiner performance audit reviews
  • Write and deliver quarterly performance reviews
  • Coach and train less experienced examiners
  • Serve as a mentor to the entire call center department
  • Assist with promoting and managing an effective training program
  • Conducts trend analysis
  • Review selected dealership accounts
  • Assist in staffing as needed
  • Assist with processing payroll of employees by validating hours, requested PTO, and attendance

Qualifications :

  • 2 years of call center environment experience
  • 2 years prior leadership experience
  • Experience with team training, development, and management
  • Ability to make decisions, resolve problems, prioritize assignments, and direct the workforce in an ever-changing environment

Compensation :

  • $55,000-$60,000 / year
  • 4-6 weeks of paid, hands-on training
  • Team building events that are hosted in-office and virtual
  • Onsite office location provides an enriching work environment, surrounded by nature
  • Complimentary snacks, breakfast, lunch, and coffee are available to employees while onsite!

Hours :

  • Monday-Friday between 7 am - 7 pm (Shift assigned between those hours)
  • Saturday’s from 8 am-3 pm
