We are seeking a Regional Manager of Property Management to join the Bridge team! You will help plan and facilitate all communities within your portfolio. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all site staff personnel
• Attract and educate new talent to fill vacant positions as they come open
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
• Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Prepare annual budgets for your portfolio
• Review monthly financial statements and report any variances
• Perform weekly site visits (some work will be remote)
• Supervise and train property staff
• Comply with all state and federal rules and regulations and maintain all necessary licenses and permissions, as necessary

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years minimum of experience as a Regional Manager/Director
• Prior supervisory experience with HUD housing program required
• Ability to build rapport with tenants and employees
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Motivation and ability to be a self-starter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
