We are looking to hire an Asset Manager. As part of the Asset Management team, this position is instrumental in the Companys growth, and is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for an assigned portfolio of properties and contributing to building the asset management platform. This position reports to the Director of Asset Management. This is an in-person role based out of our Seattle office. Come make your mark as an integral part of Bridge33 Capital!

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the value-add phase of the asset life cycle, which includes onboarding new assets, evaluating merit and necessity of capital projects gathering input from key stakeholders, and brainstorming to increase occupancy rates across the portfolio.
Responsible for formulating and executing short-and long-term asset strategies while deploying the broader strategic objectives of the company. Professionally and effectively present recommendations and performance information to senior management and related partners.
Champion results-based culture. Provide guidance and leadership to Associate an Analyst supports.
Maintain strong understanding of retail properties, the time value of money, complex deal structures, real estate finance, leasing, property management, and construction.
Be able to review, analyze and comment on the financial information produced by your team. That includes having the experience to open up and evaluate complex financial models.
Identify and implement processes, metrics, and benchmarks to improve reporting and performance tracking of portfolio projects.
Provide status updates on portfolio assets via relevant reports and supporting documentation on a regular basis to senior management and real estate committees.
Identify at-risk projects and propose corrective solutions to senior management.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
5-10 years experience in commercial real estate asset management or equivalent experience in the retail asset class, including the ability to assess the physical condition of a property, its marketability, and its management. Extensive experience with retail assets is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, follow through on assignments, assess changing conditions, and make recommendations with supporting analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in the face of ambiguity.
Self-motivated with an effective interpersonal and collaborative working style, along with a strong work ethic and a roll up your sleeves attitude.
Expert Excel skills and familiarity with Google productivity tools.
Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense of urgency.
In-office employment strongly preferred (Seattle).
