Location & Worksite:

• Seattle, WA
• Onsite with potential hybrid (1 day remote) after initial training period

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Asset Manager in developing and executing asset management strategies
• Produce and analyze asset-level financial models, including cash flows, budgets, NOI, and valuations
• Prepare quarterly reports and present findings to senior management
• Support the management of asset lifecycle for optimal returns and value addition

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in real estate asset management, including the ability to assess the physical condition of a property, its marketability, and its management
• Strong proficiency in Excel for financial modeling
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills

Salary, Benefits, & Perks:

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 DOE 15% bonus
