Salary: $58,000 per year, with potential flexibility based on experience
Terrific Grants Administration - Senior Associate position with a large foundation committed to strengthening the communities of South Florida and furthering philanthropic initiatives across the country. The foundation serves as the intermediary for grantors and grantees, managing the full lifecycle of charitable projects of all sizes. This role will provide grants administration to a portfolio of fiscal sponsorship projects on a national level. Typical responsibilities for this position will include managing a portfolio of projects and serving as the main point of contact with key stakeholders, including funders and grantees. Ideal candidates will be customer service oriented and have exceptional relationship building skills. Candidates should have approximately 4 years in an operations or programmatic role in the Miami nonprofit/foundation/public sector. Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask are essential for this role. This position currently operates on a hybrid schedule. The salary for this position is $58,000, with potential flexibility based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the liaison between the organization and grantors/grantees to manage grant-funded programs and projects
Monitor project status and report to stakeholders to ensure all parties remain informed
Manage a portfolio of fiscal sponsorship projects
Serve as a liaison between the foundation and external partners, including grantors and grantees of projects
Provide guidance on IRS rules and regulations related to foundations and funds
Contribute to process improvement efforts
Liaise with finance team as needed
Qualifications:
Approximately 4 years of experience in an operations or programmatic role in the Miami nonprofit/foundation/public sector
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills
Stellar relationship building and customer service skills
Passionate about making an impact in communities
Experience with grants administration and CRM software is a plus
