Job Description
- Manage and oversee the full fundraising life cycle for a portfolio of major gifts donors and prospects
- Collaborate with local organization leadership to support fundraising at the local level
- Assist in developing, managing, and supporting development strategies, campaigns, initiatives, and best practices
- Create and present fundraising reports
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create fundraising collateral
- Travel within the region to meet with donors and prospects
- 5 of years relevant fundraising experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated track record of securing at least 5-figure gifts
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative organization
- Willingness to travel
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Raiser's Edge or similar experience
