Higher Education InstitutionFlorida (remote with extensive travel within the assigned region)Salary Range Gladly Provided Upon Request Terrific Regional Manager of Student Achievement position with a College in South Florida. The Regional Manager will oversee outreach and disbursement of grant funding to school districts within their region to increase access to educational opportunities and college opportunities. The position will build strong relationship with middle schools, high school, and higher education institutions to better understand community needs to achieve increased student success. Typical responsibilities will include identifying school district partners, conducting needs assessments, analyzing data, building relationships, developing action plans, and implementing workshops and programs to promote student success, Candidates should have an understanding of grants and reporting. Qualified candidates should have approximately 2 of relevant experience including time working for, or collaborating with a K-12 school system. Bachelor's degree required and Master's degree preferred. Successful candidates will be able to work collaboratively and also work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates must live in Florida and have an Active Florida driver's license. The position is based in Florida and currently operates remotely with extensive time spent traveling within the assigned region. Salary range gladly provided upon request. This position is contingent upon continued grant funding. Responsibilities
Identify partners to collaborate with in the assigned region including higher education and K-12 districts
Provide resources that promote college readiness and student success
Create and implement programs for various audiences including teachers, counselors, parents, and students
Oversee the delivery of programs and services
Identify areas of need for partners; develop action plans for partners including program needs
Gather data and provide reporting
Travel within the assigned region
Qualifications
Approximately 2 years of relevant work experience working for or collaborating with a K-12 school system
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree a plus
Experience with analyzing data and providing reports
Strong relationship building skills
Excellent project management skills
Experience working with grants and grant funding
Capable of working independently and collaborating as a team
Ability to travel within the assigned region and possess a valid Florida Driver's License
