Supervises Permit Coordinator, Construction Managers and Construction Coordinators
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Distribute jobs to Construction Manager
- Determine the resources required per job in order to meet customer deadline.
- Update customer on percent of completions, roadblocks and due dates
- Prepare status reports to present to internal and external higher managing authorities
- Manage internal and external scheduling
- Coordinate and communicate with Client Program Management Office.
- Prepare yearly budgets based on Customer’s forecast
- Forecast monthly revenue and margins
- Responsible for P&L
- Account for Fixed Assets
- Track revenue daily, weekly and monthly
- Minimum 10 years PM experience in Telecom/Utilities Industry with focus on OSP Construction
- Leadership
- Ability to motivate, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions
- Organized
- Effective at time management
- Strong math skills and financial acumen
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to multi-task
- Driven to achieve goals and make deadlines
- Ability to work with a team to accomplish goals
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Access)
- Technical understanding of field work activities – Underground, aerial, splicing and testing
- Ability to travel for extended periods
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
- Individuals must have a valid driver’s license and driving record meeting the company policy
- Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 50 lbs., equipment, tools, and boxes
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces
- May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
