VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
ASSISTANT COACH FOR GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY (VOLUNTEER)
CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Possession of each of the following valid certifications and training:
   • Connecticut Teaching Certificate or Connecticut Coaching Permit
   • First Aid Certification
   • CPR Certification
   • Concussion Management Training
2. Demonstration of thorough applicable knowledge of the above-listed coaching position
3. Availability for off-season duties related to the coaching program

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Letter of Intent
2. Resume
3. Photocopy of coaching permit or application for coaching permit
4. Photocopy of valid First Aid card - SIGNED, front and back
5. Photocopy of valid CPR card - SIGNED, front and back
6. Certificate verifying concussion management training (Original Certificate will be required from candidates selected for interview)
