Job Summary:
Bridges and Pathways Counseling Services, Inc. is seeking dedicated mental health providers to join our team of independent 1099 contractors. This opportunity is perfect for professionals who wish to manage their own practice while benefiting from our comprehensive support services. Our providers enjoy the freedom to set their own schedules and run their practices at their own pace. We offer access to insurance contracts, client referrals, billing, marketing, credentialing, and more, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care. Office space is available in Forest Lake, Minnesota, Monday through Saturday.
We are excited to announce a new owner as of January 2023, with plans to develop new branding and a website.
This position is contract-based and offers competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs
- Create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to clients' goals and requirements
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
- Stay current with research and best practices in mental health therapy
- Provide counseling and support for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Address gender-related issues in therapeutic sessions
Required Skills
- Expertise in child and family counseling techniques
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic evaluation methods and tools
- Familiarity with ICD-9 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing
- Experience with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) methods
- Ability to collaborate with other professionals as needed
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport and conveying therapeutic concepts effectively
- Strong research skills to keep up with the latest developments in mental health therapy
Qualifications
- Must be licensed in the State of Minnesota: LICSW, LPCC, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
