Job Requirements:

• Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising HHA’s and CNA’s in our memory care assisted living community.
• The Assistant Wellness Director performs administrative duties, quality assurance, performance improvement and provides a high level of customer service.
• Performs resident assessments.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN or LPN in MA.Experience with scheduling and supervising staff is needed. Good computer skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Experience in an Assisted Living preferred.
• Experience with dementia care in an Assisted Living a plus.
