We are seeking a motivated and detail- oriented Entry Level Passenger and Commercial Tire Technician to join our team. This position involves performing tire maintenance and repair services for both passenger and commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

TIRE SERVICE
Mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing all types of tires from passenger to large trucks.
Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns, damage and proper inflation levels. Perform necessary maintenance to ensure safety and performance.
Clean and paint used tires and place in used tire stock.
Provide Friendly and professional service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns regarding tire maintenance and safety.
Use tire changing machines, balancers and other shop equipment safely and effectively. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
GENERAL SERVICE
Stock and assist with physical inventory.
Unload and load tire and related items from truck as required.
Sweep floors, clean restrooms, perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Attend meetings held by Store Service Manager.
Accurately Document services performed, parts used and customer information
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE)as required.
Work Collaboratively with other technicians and staff to achieve service goals and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve technical skills and product knowledge.
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
This is an entry level role, however previous tire experience or automotive service experience is preferred but not required.
A valid driver's license with clean driving record is preferred but not required for this role.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Must be 18 years or older
Willingness to undergo a federal background check, drug screen and physical.
Must be able to lift and/or move tires weighing between 30-250 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance.
Repetitive and sustained exertions, forceful exertions, awkward postures, mechanical stress concentrations, vibrations.
