Bridgewater Bank is Hiring a Technology Support Specialist Near Park, MN

We are looking for a Technology Support Specialist to join our Technology Team at Bridgewater Bank in St Louis Park, MN. In this role, this individual will provide support and guidance to employees and be responsible for managing end user systems and applications deployed within the Bank. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in “hands on” experience with a broad set of technology solutions supporting business growth and employee productivity.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Work as part of a team to provide Tier 1 support for Bank employees and perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving actions
  • Manage Service Desk tickets on a wide range of tasks and incidents across various products and services
  • Collaborate with senior members of Technology to escalate and resolve issues with the opportunity to learn and grow within the organization
  • Learn foundational technology platforms that support banking customers and employees
  • Document processes and procedures to enhance the knowledgebase for support

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Aptitude to quickly learn technical concepts and communicate to technical and non-technical users
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capacity to multi-task and quickly prioritize duties
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience (required), Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience working on a technology team in support of end users
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM
  • Experience with macOS, Windows, and iOS
