New opening available immediately to join our immunology research program at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School in the Department of Surgery. Degree qualifications include PhD, MD, or DVM. Ongoing projects use systems immunology approaches to study trauma immunology, radiation injury, immune dysfunction, and trained immunity. Access to state-of-the-art technologies including mass cytometry (CyTOF), spectral flow cytometry, RNAseq, epigenetics, and access to novel Natural Immune (“dirty”) mice for model development. We have an active computational immunology program and would be specifically interested in having an individual with expertise in data analytics to join our team. Our research environment offers opportunities for advanced training in immunology and other subjects as well as potential for gaining independent funding and academic promotion based on merit.
