We're looking for a Child Care Director who will plan and implement programs for children of all ages. The successful candidate will need to be knowledgeable about child development. The Director will also play an integral part in working with teachers and parents to ensure that children are happy and getting the most out of their time at our center. They will work closely with the owners and other supervisors as a supported and united team.

Must have a bachelor's degree. Preferably in Early Childhood Education.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and family-friendly environment at all times.
• Make sure that the facility is clean and sanitary.
• Provide extensive training to employees when hiring them upon receiving this training themselves.
• Be available to help parents with children's progress, behavior problems, and other issues involving the children.
• Help parents locate resources in the community to help children.
• Ensure that the facility has everything it needs to operate safely and effectively.
• Make sure that employees are hired properly and that their work is up to par.
• Keep licensing requirements up to date.
• Ensure the Creative Curriculum is being implemented in all classes.
