Job Summary
Bright Black Property Advisors is seeking a highly organize and motivated Administrative & Marketing Assistant . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations through assisting our team in the coordination & planning of commercial real estate transactions, providing marketing and sales support, assisting with research and data collection, and will act as a public relations liaison for the company through networking and developing relationships with current and potential clients.
Qualifications
- Outgoing, self-motivated, ambitious, and inspired to succeed
- Tech savvy; possesses expertise to quickly master job related programs & software
- Great organizational, time management and interpersonal communication skills
- Experienced working under time constraints, while multitasking and prioritizing
- Able to create & manage marketing, social media campaigns and office operations
