From administration and overseeing educational programming to coaching teachers and orienting new families - the work you do makes a difference in the lives of children, families, and your staff.

• Associate degree in early childhood education or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred

• At least two years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required

• Two to four years of professional child care teaching experience required; experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred

As an Assistant Director you will:
